We picked up the ashes of our sweet boy today. They were amazing in the communication prior to services, and no pressure on time as it took me over a week to emotionally build up the courage to be able to pick up the remains of my boy. They were so kind, and did a fantastic job with his nose and paw prints.

We recently used this service and these folks are exceptionally kind, and very understanding of our situation. We purchased several urns for our cats of many years, one of which recently crossed the rainbow bridge. We wanted all of the urns to match. They couldn't have been more helpful and so reasonably priced with their products. We wholeheartedly recommend this company and the wonderful people that own it. Our sweet beautiful kitty cat passed away right after New Year’s Day. Taylor was sympathetic to us when we brought her in. Things were handled professionally this time. I has hesitant to go, considering 7-8 years ago, an older lady did not handle the situation appropriately and left a horrible memory for my daughter.

Heavenly Pet Memorials is beyond anything we could have hoped for when we lost 3 pets at once. So accommodating and flexible. Zero pressure and they even stayed open late so I could retrieve our ashes when they were done. I'd recommend them to anyone..

We brought in our tuxedo cat AC the day after she died on Christmas morning. Jolene, the owner, allowed us as much time as we needed with our cat in a private room. She was very kind, considerate and sensitive to our needs. She did not try to upsell us on any of the additional products or services but rather listened to us with sincere care and empathy. She made a special accommodation for us to have AC's ashes ready the next day. When we came in, her and her staff person were very kind and considerate and provided everything we asked for at a reasonable cost. I strongly recommend Heavenly Pet Memorials.
